At FruitVista, we are dedicated to Harvesting Happiness from the pristine, high-altitude hills of Shimla. We strive to deliver an authentic, premium Himalayan orchard experience directly to your doorstep. Because our fresh, hand-picked apples are perishable items, we maintain strict guidelines regarding order changes and issues
Cancellation Policy
Because we begin preparing your premium orchard boxes quickly to guarantee absolute freshness, the window for cancellations is short:
Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be raised within 2 hours of placing the order.
Process: To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via phone or email with your Order ID. Once this 2-hour window has passed, orders are locked in for preparation and cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be shipped back to our facilities.
Damaged Items & Refund Policy
While we do not accept returns, we want to ensure you are fairly compensated if your premium orchard box arrives damaged or defective.
If your items arrive damaged, you may be eligible for a refund under the following strict conditions:
Reporting Window: You must report any damage or defects within 6 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for a refund, we require a proper, uncut parcel opening video. The video must show the package from start to finish—from its sealed state through the entire opening process—without any pauses or edits. This allows us to verify the transit damage accurately.
Refund Processing: Once your claim and uncut video are reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Credit Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days after processing for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
